KAYCIE – MA, LMFT (she/her)

As a licensed mental health therapist, I am dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and families toward authentic living and deeper connections. My approach combines heart-centered, humanistic psychotherapy with evidence-based practices, making sure that every client’s unique story is honored.
I specialize in addressing and healing sexual trauma. Plus, I am deeply committed to supporting those navigating the complexities of “non-traditional” relationship structures. For example, polyamorous, open, and monogamous relationships, particularly through challenges like infidelity and relational ruptures. My work is anchored in the belief that conflict and struggle can be transformative gateways to self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships.
Whether you are seeking to improve communication, deepen emotional bonds, or heal from past hurts, I offer a compassionate and empathetic space to explore and grow. Each session is tailored to respect your experiences and foster new possibilities. This affirms my commitment to see you as the expert in your own life. Together, let’s uncover the pathways that lead to a more joyful and connected existence.

Are you a recovering people pleaser? A healthcare professional, therapist, or wellness professional who spends so much of their life giving to others and so little time giving to themselves? What about a hyper-intellectualizer who has run your mind around the same thing for years and hasn’t made the progress you hoped for? You’re in the right place.
Some things about Amanda? She is a white, gender-nonconforming Queer Canadian woman with a second-generation Ashkenazi Jewish immigrant family background. They are a divorced, ambiamorous relationship anarchist, and they exist in a chronically ill and neurodivergent body. Amanda also speaks fluent French & conversational Spanish!
Let’s make some magic & move through the mess to find what your fuck yes life can feel like, together.
