Psychotherapist Rachel Wright, MA, LMFT is recognized as one of the freshest voices on modern relationships and sex.

She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked with thousands of clients worldwide. Through her practice, she helps people bridge the gap between what they were taught and what they actually need to thrive. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and refreshingly human. Rachel also hosts The Wright Conversations, a podcast about sex, relationships, and mental health. With over 150,000 downloads, it features open, research-informed discussions with guests who challenge outdated beliefs and share diverse perspectives.

In addition to therapy, Rachel is a seasoned educator and coach. She created What You Wish You Learned in School: Sex Ed, a virtual workshop series. She also consistently partners with aligned brands and organizations.
